Perjalanan hidup yang sulit untuk diatur seringkali membuat kita menjadi mengeluh dengan keadaan diri sendiri. Kejadian demi kejadian yang menghampiri kehidupan sehari-hari seringkali membuat kita bertanya-tanya akan kehidupan ini. Jikalau kita renungkan perjalanan hidup yang telah kita lewati, kita akan sadar bahwa ada sosok diluar pribadi kita yang mengambil peran disetiap waktu dalam kehidupan kita. Namun hal tersebut seringkali tidak menjadi sesuatu bagian yang kita perhitungkan karena faktor-faktor negatif lebih cenderung menjadi tolak ukur dari pertimbangan yang kita buat.

Pada saat saya sedang menyusun skripsi, bapak saya ternyata jatuh sakit sehingga ia tidak dapat bekerja secara maksimal. Saya sangat dilematis atas kejadian tersebut, sehingga secara tidak sadar saya membuat kejadian-kejadian yang aneh dalam setiap aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal tersebut akhirnya membuat banyak orang menilai tingkahlaku saya itu adalah tingkahlaku yang tidak pantas untuk dilakukan oleh seorang Hamba Tuhan. Tetapi saya tidak menghiraukan perkataan itu dan merasa bahwa perbuatan itu pantas dan benar.

Berjalannya waktu saya pun menyadari bahwa tingkahlaku yang telah saya buat itu sungguh tidak baik dan telah banyak menyakiti orang-orang yang berada di sekitar saya. Saya pun segera berbenah diri untuk menjadi pribadi yang baik dan berkenan dimata banyak orang. Seperti, membangun hubungan kembali kepada orang-orang yang telah saya sakiti, berdoa dan mengevaluasi perbuatan yang telah saya lakukan sepanjang hari.

Tindakan yang saya lakukan tersebut ternyata memiliki dampak yang sangat baik bagi kehidupan saya dan bagi kehidupan sahabat-sahabat yang berada disekitar saya. Banyak orang merasa nyaman dan merindukan keberadaan saya, apalagi disaat mereka membutuhkan pertolongan mengenai hal-hal tertentu yang menurut pandangan mereka saya dapat menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut.

Kejadian tersebut adalah gambaran atau contoh dari segala persolan-persoalan yang seringkali terjadi dalam kehidupan kita, dimana kita lebih suka mengikuti perasaan kita dari pada mempertimbangkan fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi atas segala perbuatan kita. Maka, perlulah kita pada saat ini sadar untuk membenahi diri kita masing-masing agar dapat membuat dampak yang baik bagi perjalanan kehidupan diri sendiri dan orang lain.

Kesadaran untuk membenahi diri ini haruslah kita sadari bahwa bukan hasil jerih payah kita atau keunggulanan yang kita miliki, karena hal tersebut adalah karya Tuhan yang berwujud cinta kasih kepada ciptaanya. Jikalau bukan karena Tuhan maka mustahilah kita dapat berbalik dari jalan yang jahat kepada jalan yang baik, dan inilah yang seringkali di sebut nasib.

Nasib adalah kata yang kurang disetujui oleh beberapa kalangan tertentu jika hal itu di tunjukkan kedalam kejadian tersebut, karena seakan-akan hidup ini adalah permainan film yang berjalan sesuai yang dikehendaki oleh oknum tertentu yang tidak ada sebab-akibat dari interaksi antara yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Tetapi, kita harus sadari bahwa kita lahir dari keturunan barat atau timur bukanlah hasil dari interaksi kita dengan Tuhan, namun atas kedaulatan dari pada-Nya saja. Jadi sukurilah yang ada dan jangan juga menerima keadaan yang ada sebagai keadaan seumur hidup kita, karena Tuhan akan meberikan kita taleta yang banyak jika kita dapat setia kepada pemberian talenta yang sedikit. Tuhan Menyertai Kita.
