Kenyataan seperti ini merupakan fakta yang biasa aja bagi orang-orang yang tinggal di Indonesia. Indonesia memang negara yang besar dan kaya akan keanekaragaman alamnya. Namun seringkali miskin akan keadilannya. Kata tersebut sering diucapkan oleh saya dan orang-orang seperti saya. Hal yang demikian seringkali terjadi karena fakta-fakta yang sudah sering terdengar.

Di Indonesia kaum lemah sulit mendapatkan perlakuan seperti orang yang kuat. Orang lemah sering menjadi tumbal walaupun sebenarnya dia tidak masuk dalam kriteria orang yang layak menjadi tumbal. Orang yang mencuri pisang dapat dipenjara dengan tempat yang apa adanya sedangkan orang yang mencuri uang rakyat di gedung megah tidak mendapatkan perlakuan yang pantas bagi dirinya, mereka malah mendapatkan fasilitas dan ada yang bisa pergi antar negara juga. Hahahahhahaha

Saat-saat ini ada yang menarik bagi saya. Saat mendengar M Kece di vonis 10 tahun dan Waloni 5 bulan rasa pengen senyum dan berkata pengadilan tidak berubah-ubah. Masih sama dahulu, sekarang, dan mungkin sampai selama-lamanya. Hihihihihi

Saya bukanlah orang yang mau membela M Kece karena saya sendiri tidak suka dengan caranya yang tidak menjaga perasaan. Seharusnya jika dia memang punya kerinduan yang mendalam untuk memberitahukan apa yang didapat dan dimengerti tentu harus dengan cara yang bijak dan jauh dari hal-hal yang membuat konflik.

Sekarang M Kece dipenjara, saya kagum dengan keteguhan akan kepercayaannya. Tetapi sekali lagi saya mau katakan bahwa cara dia memang salah dan dia harus mempertanggungjawabkan kesalahan yang di buatnya. Semoga dia baca tulisan saya ini dan bertindak dengan baik tanpa melukai orang-orang yang mau dijelaskannya.

Untuk para hakim, sampai kapan orang seperti saya respek kepada anda. Salahkah jika orang seperti saya mengatakan bahwa pengadilan di Indonesia miskin keadilan. Jika salah, kenapa kalian tidak mencegah pandang tersebut supaya tidak sampai ke pikiran saya.

Indonesia butuh generasi yang luar biasa. Semua bisa berubah jika orang-orang benar berusaha untuk menggantikan jabatan yang dimiliki oleh orang-orang yang sering mengecewakan rakyat jelata. Ayok bangkit. Ayok berjuang. Kita ubah Indonesia Dimata rakyat jelata.
